Route Tree Ladder

Setup

Receivers in a line; a QB or coach throwing. You need: Footballs, 6 cones.

How it runs

1. Call a route number (1 hitch … 9 go).
2. The receiver runs it at full speed.
3. Catch, tuck, sprint 5 yards.
4. Go through the whole tree, then mix.

Coach it

• Same depth every time.
• Sharp cuts: plant the outside foot.
• Look the ball into your hands.
