Setup

Centers with a QB 4 yards behind. You need: Footballs.

How it runs

1. Shotgun snap to the QB's chest.
2. The center releases into a route right away.
3. The QB throws to her on a hitch or drag.

Coach it

• Same snap every time: a soft spiral.
• Center is a receiver too: get out fast.
• Count the cadence together.
